I'm a returning user and have trouble with my water kefir, again.
I had good results for quite a while. I've fermented various things for years, and thought I had the feel for it. It's kept in the airing cupboard at between 22 and 28 degrees C (75-82F), so a fairly stable temperature. However, lately they have been slowing down enormously. They used to take about three days, now a week is barely enough. The weather has warmed up a lot lately, but surely they won’t feel that in the airing cupboard?
