I was hoping to find a way to save money on probiotic supplements. I take a probiotic with the following ingredients:
Lactobacillus acidophilus: 45%
Lactobacillus rhamnosus: 25%
Streptococcus thermophilus: 10%
Lactobacillus plantarum: 7%
Bifidobacterium bifidum: 6%
Bifidobacterium longum: 3%
Lactobacillus bulgaricus: 3%
Lactobacillus salivarius: 1%
Could i just dump a capsule of this in my goat milk along with my kefir and grow all the same ingredients?
After it's matured I could have say a cup with each meal. It would save me a lot of money. Thanks for any replies.
