Hello, We are happy to introduce ourselves, Bodhi and Matilda. Living-off the-grid in Northern California. Favorite fermented vegetable: tomato. Best cultivated mushroom: blue oyster. Our latest endeavor involves incorporated Koji into almost everything. Best so far: flank steak marinated 24 hour room temp padded with in koji salt powder.
favored vessel cleaning method: throw sand and boiling water in it!
