My name is Kev, and I'm delighted to join this fascinating community around fermentation. Based in Brussels, Belgium, I'm passionate about the natural processes that transform food into tasty treasures. My adventure in fermentation began with kefir making, and I quickly became interested in other projects such as kimchi, lacto-fermented vegetables and kombucha.
