Hi all,

My name is Carissa and I'm currently in school for holistic nutrition. I've been fermenting on and off for about 5 years now and have made some decent sauerkraut, kosher-style dill pickles, kombucha, whey from raw milk, Einkorn sourdough, and various other creations. Lately I've been running into a mold issue and need some help solving the case. That's mainly why I've joined, although I'm interested in learning more about fermentation using the tools offered on this site.
