Hi all! i have been perusing this forum for a while but decided to make it official so i can actually post and join in the conversation. my name is Joe and i have been experimenting with fermentation for about a year or so. I am mainly into Kombucha, bread, and vegetables/pickles, but i like trying new things so i don't really draw the line anywhere foodwise! i also enjoy woodworking, hunting, and i'm an auto mechanic so if you need any advice there feel free to ask!
