Hello all, first time fermenting vegetables

Got in some Amzus house fermenting lids
And started a ferment on Tuesday.
Added glass weights on Day 3.
Brine is cloudy and has a funky smell but tastes ok.
Cauliflower, green beans and carrots.
How long should I let it go and how will I know if it's gone bad?

Welcome to Wild Fermentation!

You should ask over in the veggie ferments board.

But, I'd give it 5 weeks to 5 months. If it grows mold on the surface, that's it starting to go bad.
