Hi folks,
Ive been infected by fermentation for about 6 years now, all the family, even the 4 kids like some of my products and I have a website about fermentation. I think its political to take responsibility for the food we eat. https://sauerkraut-online.de
I am interested in topics about vitamin b12 in fermented foods and of course recipes!
