Intro

Hi all, looking forward to participating in your forum. Been doing lots of fermentation for self and family and love making something so vital and healthy to our life. Under the subtitle of ‘the old days were the best’, my parents originated from upstate NY and were poor as could be growing up, pickling and preserving food as a way of life. They kept many of their traditions raising their kids and I always remember that we dressed our dinner vegetables such as brussels, cauliflower broccoli, etc with vinegar. No rich high fat buttery sauces, just vinegar. Who knew at the time that their vinegar was home made and full of healthy probiotics?
