Hi all. Writing from chilly Massachusetts.
Our first ever batch of kombucha is delicious so far (10 days in).
Our virgin kimchi attempt is way too spicy for me but the husband is enjoying it.
I just put together my first jar of kraut (cabbage, chive leaves, and daikon, with just salt and roasted garlic powder).
We're already hooked. It's hopeless...
