Hi! Sourdough fan and maybe will get into other ferments

Hi! I've been baking with a sourdough starter for the past few years and the darn thing is pretty indestructible. A couple months ago I came across the Art of Fermentation at the library and am now getting interested in other fermentations. One of the things I'm thinking about trying is is Natto.
