I live in the new city of Milton Keynes in the UK. I have been making sourdough for a few years; I began making kombucha about 2 years ago and more recently I’ve been making water kefir and sauerkraut.
I’m hoping to make kimchi as well, but I’m hoping to increase my knowledge and understanding of the things I already make, too. Never stop learning!
