Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your online community. I'm pretty excited about learning from other fermentation enthusiasts and even masters of the trade. I haven't been fermenting for very long, but I've fully immersed myself, experimenting with everything from kombucha to alcohol, bread to yogurt, and veggies to condiments. I'm not particularly seasoned in any of these categories which is why I'm here.
