Been exploring fermenting vegetables, legumes and grains.
My latest foray has been experimenting with ferementing different seeds, grains and legumes for idlis.
But now, I'm making my first batch of tempeh and feeling like I need some support from others. Also, I'm eager to meet other fermenters and learn from them.
I'm just getting started really.
