I am fermenting my first ferment ever with a batch of mead. But, I have a lot of plans.
We have a huge garden this year and I wanted to try fermenting things instead of canning. I bought some crocks from someone on Facebook and they recommended "The Art of Fermentation" to me. I am now somewhat obsessed and it's fun. Aside from gardening my hobbies include, taking care of my menagerie of miscellaneous animals, playing Dungeons and Dragons and reading.
