Hello, my name is Aneliya and I am from Bulgaria, Europe. I am a newbie to the subject and my home country is famous for our Bulgarian yogurt and L. bulgaricus. We have also old time traditions in making sauerkraut, cheese and wild fermented vegetables.Thank you very much for acceptance to this forum. I will gladly learn from your experience :)
