I am 39 years old and come from the Netherlands.
About 20 years ago I got my first waterkefir grains and brewed my own kefir for a while, although I loved it after a while I didn't drink it so much anymore and in the end stopped brewing altogheter.
Years later I wanted to pick it up again but failed to get kefir grains, just recently I found out that kefir grains are now easily available over the internet and I instantly ordered Some
I started brewing my own waterkefir again and now found something new that really interests me: gingerbeerplant!
My GBP grains arrived and I Will soon start brewing
My interest in fermetation Goes further however and I hope to try out Some other stuff in the future, like Tempeh, vegan cheese and more beverages.
I'm interested in learning about techniques that go beyond the conventional and experimentation.
