My name is Jen and my fermentation journey began with brewing beer about 12 years ago. I've done some experimenting with other ferments, but I always come back to beer. I'm also a dietitian- and taught nutrition, dietetics, food science, and fermentation (brewing focus) at the university level. I now work for a company who purchased a well-known cultures company - which is why I'm here!
