I'm Grant, I live in London UK and have been experimenting with fermentation for several years now after having attended a talk given by Sandor Katz at The River Cottage.
I have previously experimented with lactic fermentation, but my main areas of exploration at present are kombucha, sourdough and I'm about to launch into vinegars.
My main guiding sources are The Noma Guide to Fermentation and naturally the internet. I find I have many ongoing questions however ... and seek a sharing of knowledge, hence I find myself here.
Hope to make some friends and gain some guidance ...
