Fermenting Newbie

Hello from Auckland. I'm a newbie to fermenting. I got my first milk kefir kit a month ago and have been enjoying making and drinking it. I discovered that I loved fermenting so much, that I'm now waiting on my fermented veg kit and apple cider vinegar kit to arrive! Yay, I can't wait. Looking forward to learning and sharing once I have anything of value to share. Thank you for providing this space.
