Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forums but so far it looks like a great place for discussion. I don't really know anyone locally who does fermentation (not even beer!) so it's great to have a group for questions!

I've brewed beer in the past, but these days I'm working with koji, making soy-free alternatives to shoyu and miso (there is a soy allergy in my family!).
