Introducing myself

Hello! I love these old type forums, I also love the concept of fermentation and have dipped my toes into it, I want to get into sourdough, natto, kimchi, ginger bugs, fermented hot sauces, and fermented pickles. I am very interested in gut health and know this is the way there. Thanks!
