I was about to bottle my te'j mead this evening, and I found mold on the top! This is the first time this has happened to me (and I've brewed about 5 batches so far). It's been fermenting for about 3 weeks.

As you can see, there are some floaties, and where the floaties were touching the surface, a white mold developed. (There was about twice as much as pictures.) The mold had fine white hairs.
So! Is the mead bad? Can I skim the mold and floaties off and bottle it? It does smell like mead...
