Hello,

Does anyone know which live active cultures are in Kefir Yogurt Tanekin Japanese Starter?

Only "bifidobacterium" is mentioned in advertisements.

I did a quick search and it sounds like Tanekin kefir is a Powdered starter and as such, is going to be very limited and can not be used to reculture. Powdered starters typically only have the strains the company adds to it! In the USA, Commercially produced Kefir that can be purchased in the supermarkets, are produced using Powdered Kefir and contain between 10 & 12 types of Microbes. You would be better off getting Fresh Grains from someone and you could get microbial diversity of 20-30 or more strains. AND you can reculture as often as you like and even share extra grains with others in your area that are also using powders!
There are groups with members, that will ship some from anywhere in the world for just the cost of shipping. Search for Free Kefir Grains. I know there's at least one on FB. I got mine from there! Lots of people get more grains than they will ever use and are happy to share.
