Half liter of soy beans were made into tempeh.Method. Wash, boil for 25 minutes, rub together and rinse off husks about 5 times. Place in a colander and place in pressure cooker and steam cook for 45 minutes to soften.Remove and cool to room temperature, add two tablespoons of vinegar and mix, drain well, add half a teaspoon of tempeh powder starter, mix very well. Place in cotton covered mold and place in fermenter set at 31C for 40 hours. The result will be perfect tempeh. Wrap in plastic and store in freezer until required. I cut each mold into 9 pieces and use the resultant pieces as a serving.
