Chocolate covered peanut tempeh bars

Start with a loaf of peanut tempeh sliced 1/2 inch thick. Marinate for 30 minutes (15 minutes per side) in a mixture of low-sodium tamari, olive oil, and pure maple syrup. Roast that at 400 F for 20 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes and brushing on the leftover marinade.

Now it's pretty good after roasting. Now to take it to the next level you cover half the slices in semi-sweet chocolate and the other half in white chocolate. Think if I do this again I would go for slices 3/4 to 1 inch thick and roast at 375 F.
