Fermenting Second Batch of Ketchup

Hello,

So I recently made some sauerkraut and then subsequently made some ketchup using the brine.

My question is: Can I start a second batch of fermented ketchup using some of the previously fermented ketchup in place of the sauerkraut brine?

I dont want nor need to have sauerkraut on hand all the time.

I'd think too much depends on the specifics of your process to be able answer with any real certainty. Try it and see what happens!
