What is your success versus failure rate with pickled cucs?

I'm going commercial with my pickles and wondering what is the ratio of lost batches?

I just lost 200 kg last week...but it might have been done to old mustard seeds?

I wonder how often they fail.

Is there a way to reduce failed batches, maybe innoculate with a good batch?
