I have a question to pass on to this group. Someone who's on coumadin (which relies on vitamin K uptake inhibition, to my understanding) asked a group of us if kombucha and other cultures should be contraindicated, because her doctor and pharmacist had no idea. I tried to find some decent lab research results on vitamin k (especially k2) in kombucha and other ferments because several blogs mention it, but haven't found anything yet. Have you come across anything interesting? Thanks in case!
