What is milk kefir nutritionally?
I find that my current batches of milk kefir seem
to suppress my appetite a bit, and I feel entirely
better after a nice glass of milk kefir.
I 'know' the sugar gets metabolized by the micro
organisms, I think. But it still seems to be a bit
sweet along with the tangyness.
I doubt if the micro organisms are creating protein,
beyond themselves.
So, is milk kefir just milk with reduced sugar and
micro organisms mixed in?
I'm still going to drink it. Just curious I guess.
