I'm new to water kefir grains and have been making a ginger brew as well as sodas with pure apple juice , pomegranate juice, lemon juice and all kinds of combinations. They are really wonderful and as fizzy as I want. I'm trying to understand how the water kefir end result is different from a ginger bug and if the taste is different ?
