I could be your host this summer. I have only been fermenting for a couple of years but have made various mixed veggie krauts including kimchi, alcohols, cheeses (we have milk goats), yogurt, kefir, sourdough, lacto-fermented veggies, miso, and vinegars. I live on a farm with my husband and two daughters off grid and have a very small rustic cabin (no plumbing or electricity) you can stay in. Let me know if you are interested.
