Hi everyone, my name is Rebeca. I am from Venezuela, living in Berlin since 2015. I came across Sandor's books a few years ago and I haven't stopped exploring the world of fermentation. I have a small publishing house that is focused in the intersection between fermentation, herbs, gender and literature. Currently I am reading and experimenting with koji and tempeh.
